• Non-Customized Items: For non-customized jewelry, we accept returns within 15 days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and accompanied by the original packaging and proof of purchase.
• Customized Items: Due to their personalized nature, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for customized jewelry unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
• Quality Assurance: We take pride in the quality of our products. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective customized item, please contact our customer service within 7 days of delivery, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
